We aim to ship your orders within 1 working day with New Zealand post/Aus Post fully tracked.

Lead Times

New Zealand: 2-3 days standard Tracked

Australia: 3-6 day standard tracked

What is the Brooklyn Blak returns policy?

We offer a 'return for any reason' policy on these terms:
– items must be returned within 7 days for NZ customers, and 20 for Australian customers
– original tags must be attached and packaging intact
– items must be in new, unworn, saleable condition, determined by Brooklyn Blak upon inspection
– proof of purchase must be made by way of receipt, order/invoice number or customer account transaction

If your return complies with the above then it will be considered eligible for exchange, refund or credit as per those policies.

Sale Items

We do NOT provide refunds on Sale items , We do accept an exchange if the size alternative is available please check before returning as we may be able to exchange.

Annual Sale Days -- ie Black Friday etc .....

We do not offer refunds on these days, if you purchase an item that is on final sale and will not be restocked that is final so please choose carefully.

If you have purchased an item on sale but is one of our items to be restocked to full price then you are welcome to return for a store credit to use at your leisure.
