You are entitled to a replacement or refund under the NZ + Australian
Consumer Law if your product is faulty.

Everything is available while stocks last. Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it, so if you love it, grab it before it’s gone

We’re a small team and it’s a busy time of year — please allow an extra 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and sent. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.

If your order qualifies for a free gift (orders over $350 NZD), you will need to add it to cart. Then it will show in cart as FREE. 

Once your order’s placed, we can’t make changes or cancel it — everything moves fast during the sale and we want to get your pieces to you quickly.

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it for you in line with NZ consumer law.
