All Black Friday sale pieces are final sale. Because of the big discounts, we’re not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

Limited stock

Everything is available while stocks last. Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it, so if you love it, grab it before it’s gone.

Processing & shipping

We’re a small team and it’s a busy time of year — please allow an extra 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and sent. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.

Order changes & cancellations

Once your order’s placed, we can’t make changes or cancel it — everything moves fast during the sale and we want to get your pieces to you quickly.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it for you in line with NZ consumer law.

Discount period

OurBlack Friday Sale runs from the 5th November 8am nzst - 10th November 11:59pm. After this time, prices will return to full.
