💌 Our Most Popular Option — 110% Store Credit

If you’d like to return an item, we’ll happily give you 110% of the purchase value back as a Brooklyn Blak Gift Card (store credit) — less any shipping costs.
It’s our way of saying thank you and helping you find something you’ll truly love next time.
(For example, if you return a $200 item, you’ll receive a $220 Brooklyn Blak Gift Card.)

💳 Refund to Original Payment Method

If you’d prefer a refund instead, that’s absolutely fine.
A $15 flat processing fee applies to cover handling and processing, which will be deducted from your refund.

Need a different size or want to try another style?
We’d love to help! Simply note your preferred item or size on your return form, and we’ll process your exchange once your return arrives.
